1.Terms and Conditions:
You agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Minimum age:
The minimum age for training with us is 16. People under the age of 18 are require consent from a parent or legal guardian confirming approval to train at Thrive & Revive Northcote.
3. Your Health:
- You warrant that you are in good physical condition and you know of no medical or other reason why you cannot or should not do active or passive exercise.
- You recognise that the fitness instructor(s) is not able to provide me with medical advice with regard to my fitness, and that this information is used as a guideline to the limitations of my ability to exercise.
- You agree to not hold any certified trainer or directors of Thrive & Revive Northcote liable for any injury that may occur during a session.
4. Paying for memberships:
Membership fees are paid in advance, weekly, by direct debit from a bank account or credit card.
5. Meeting Your Responsibilities:
You must make sure your account can accept direct debits and there is enough money in your account on the payment day.
6. What happens if your payment is declined or fails for any reason?
If you do not fully pay your fees on the due date, Revive Northcote will reserve the right to suspend access to classes until any outstanding balance has been paid or you have given us your updated account details if they are required.
7. Suspensions and Cancellations
The following rules apply to suspensions and cancellations:
Suspensions
- You can suspend your membership free of charge.
- A minimum of 7 days notice is required for suspending an account.
- To suspend an account email: info@revivenorthcote.com.au with your suspension dates.
- It is your responsibility to know when your account is coming off pause, if you require an extension this request needs to be made prior to your original pause ending.
- Suspensions must be a minimum of 7 days and can be a maximum of 8 weeks in one block.
- Pro-rata suspensions are not allowed (i.e. outside of the normal billing cycle). The start of your requested suspension will be the date of your next billing cycle.
- Suspensions need to be in weekly blocks (eg. 7 days) we can not put a suspension through for dates outside of weekly blocks (eg 1 week and 2 days).
Cancellations
- You can cancel your Thrive & Revive Northcote Membership at any stage by providing 14 days notice from your next billing date.
- 2 payments will run after you have given your notice to cancel your membership. It will then be terminated after your final class in that 14 day period.
11. Use of your image:
You agree to Thrive & Revive Northcote to take videos and/or photo which will be used for social media and promotional purposes.
12.Changes to Terms & Conditions
- Thrive & Revive Northcote reserves the right to amend or update the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes will be posted on the gym’s website or communicated through appropriate channels.
